The Mobility Quest proceeds. I’ve figured out how to flip onto my side. See, in the past I’d sometimes throw my arms and legs up in the air and then kind of fall over, but I never realized what was happening until I was already on my side. Now, though, I can duplicate it over and over. I kind of put my legs up and then torque my hips to the left (haven’t mastered going the other direction yet.) The rest of my body follows. Of course, I almost always immediately roll onto my back again, but still. Progress is being made. I’m practicing it 10 to 20 times in a row, each time they set me on my back.
